About Credit/Debit Card

Enter card information only through the secure checkout. The relevant processor and issuer handle authorization and may request additional checks. Never send complete card numbers or security codes in an email to us. If an issuer declines payment, it may need to help you resolve the issue.

Currency, taxes and the amount due

Our checkout settles orders in USD. Examine the final merchandise total, discounts, taxes and shipping before confirming payment. Standard Shipping for US orders is free, while taxes are assessed under applicable law. The final checkout summary is the amount you authorize.

Payment enquiries and return credits

Use the order reference when reporting an unexpected or duplicate charge. For returns, once the goods are received and inspected and the refund is approved, we issue the credit to the original payment method within 10 business days. The bank or payment service can take extra time to display it. The Refund Policy contains the return eligibility and procedure.
