Plan for working-day service

An order normally needs 1–2 business days of preparation. The carrier journey after shipment is estimated at 4–6 business days. Neither period includes weekends or US federal holidays. Unexpected logistics interruptions can alter arrival, so these timeframes should not be read as guaranteed dates.

Where we deliver and what it costs

Our delivery area is the United States only. Every US order receives Standard Shipping without a shipping charge or minimum-spend requirement. Any applicable sales taxes remain payable according to the law and checkout calculation.

Following dispatch

Your order email is used to send the shipping notification and tracking reference. A newly assigned tracking number may not show movement until the carrier scans the parcel. Keep the reference available when you contact us about its journey.

When an address or delivery needs attention

Let our team know promptly if the address was entered incorrectly. Once a parcel has left, changing its destination cannot be promised. Report late, lost, damaged, incomplete or misdelivered shipments with the order reference and tracking, plus photographs when useful. We will look into the issue and discuss the next step with you.
