The purchase relationship

These conditions concern your use of the storefront and purchases from the business whose details appear below. Supply truthful order and delivery information and use the service only when legally eligible, or under suitable adult supervision. Ordering, charges and stock

Payment review and available inventory affect whether an order can be fulfilled; an automated acknowledgment alone does not guarantee supply. The checkout currency is USD and applicable tax forms part of the displayed total. Prices, listings and stock information can change. If a material error affects your purchase, we will explain the issue and any legally required cancellation or refund.

Reading the product information

Simple Modern listings should be checked for the exact model, capacity, dimensions, materials, components and compatibility you need. Follow the item’s own use, care and safety guidance. Photography and displays may not reproduce physical colors exactly. Do not assume that a feature described for one item is shared by another.

Shipping, changes and returns

Consult the Shipping Policy for free Standard Shipping to US addresses and the normal processing and transit estimates. The Refund Policy explains the 30-day request period, exchange availability, eligible return transport paid by the merchant and refund processing. Request order amendments or cancellation promptly before dispatch; fulfillment status may prevent a change.

Prohibited conduct and ownership rights

Do not exploit the store for illegal transactions, deception, malware, unauthorized access, interference or misuse of someone else’s information. Trademarks and protected descriptions, imagery or other content belong to their respective rights holders. Any liability limitation or disclaimer applies only where the law allows it and leaves mandatory consumer rights and non-excludable liabilities unaffected.

Keeping terms current
